# How to return unused money?

Learn more about how to return funds that are left unspent.

Please email us at [pay@prflare.com](mailto:pay@prflare.com) with "**Refund of unused funds**" in the subject line, from the email from which the order was placed.

Funds will be refunded to the customer subject to the following conditions:

-   The payment processing fee that was charged for the transaction will be deducted from the total amount.
    
-   Also, a payment processing fee is charged for withdrawal of funds from the system during the transaction. The amount depends on the payment system used and is not controlled by [PrFlare.com](http://PrFlare.com).
    
-   Withdrawal of funds from the system occurs using the same payment system that was used for deposit.
    
-   The funds will be sent to your account within 5 business days. PrFlare has no influence on payment systems in case of transaction delays on their part.
