Our warranty covers material that has been posted for less than one year.
In case of removal of the material during the warranty period, please contact us by e-mail, sending a link to the article and the material that has been removed to pay@prflare.com indicating "Warranty case" in the subject line.
If the complaint is satisfied, funds will be refunded to the customer subject to the following conditions:
The payment processing fee charged on the transaction will be deducted from the total amount.
Also, a withdrawal payment processing fee will be charged for the transaction. The amount depends on the payment system used and is not controlled by PrFlare.com.
Withdrawal of funds from the system is performed using the same payment system that was used for deposit.
