**Technical Information**

**Cookies and Local Storage**

We use cookies ([Cookie policy](https://prflare.com/pages/cookie-policy/)) and local storage to identify users and personalize site settings.

**Service Providers**

We use the following service providers to operate our infrastructure securely.

-   Hetzner - used to securely host site files.
    
-   Cloudflare - used for fast website rendering.
    
-   Gleap - used as a chat site.
    
-   Google Analytics, Funnelytics, Albacross, Facebook and LinkiedIn pixels - used for marketing purposes.
    
-   Encharge - used as a marketing mailing list service.
    
-   Amazon SES - used as transactional emails.
    
-   Cloudimage - used as a CDN for photos and videos.
    
-   Amazon S3 - used as a secure storage for photos and videos.
    

**Encryption**

All requests go through a secure HTTPS connection with SSL.

**Data Deletion**

You can request at any time to delete data that we have and for which we have a physical deletion capability (e.g. cookies and local storage used by your browser and deleted on your side).
